AS PART OF THE GLOBAL PURSUIT, POP VISITS BOGOTA, COLOMBIA TO HOST “PURSUIT IN BOGOTA" IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SELINA, IGERS BOGOTA AND BOGOTART. THE MEET THAT WAS HELD ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27TH WAS FACILITATED BY LOCAL CREATIVES AND WAS OUR LAST ONE HERE IN COLOMBIA BEFORE WE MADE OUR WAY TO MEXICO CITY.

“There is so much to Colombia than what meets the eye. So much more than what popular culture and the media tell us. Colombia is a country that’s embraced change, moved on from its past, and reshaped itself into a vibrant, friendly and progressive destination for locals and visitors alike. Having spent 2 months here, it feels like home and we cannot wait to bring PoP back again” says Saunak Shah; Founder of Pursuit of Portraits.

PoP’s second meet in Colombia was in partnership with Selina, Bogota; a haven for travelers, nomads and explorers. We also joined hands with two local communities; Igers Bogota and Bogotart to activate the event.

Saunak adds, “We like to work with brands and communities that share the same culture as us. Providing a unique experience is key but bringing together people from all backgrounds is what we are most excited about. It’s not about exclusivity, it’s about being part of something bigger. It’s not about sharing what we see everyday on popular media, it’s more about sharing stories that we don’t see so often”
